What's the difference between a Guarantee and Warranty of a Car Battery? Be aware, don't get fooled.

Car Batteries can become worn down in as little as two to

three years. It also majorly depends on the

guarantee of the battery. Usually, batteries run for approximately six more months than the actual guarantee of the product.

After three years, it's usually time to install a replacement. After four or five years, most car batteries will be almost completely unreliable. Old car batteries can present a number of safety and reliability issues. All Car Batteries come with a Guarantee and warranty. So how do they differ and what is the real difference between the two and because of this unawareness how do customers get fooled?

Let's Consider a Scenario; there is a Car Battery that comes with a 30+25 months guarantee. So usually Car Battery dealers in Ghaziabad sell these batteries on the pretext of 55 months guarantee however this is not the case. In the above case, 30 months is a part of the Guarantee and 25 months is a part of the warranty. So, in a guarantee period, the company will replace the battery in case it is faulty however in the warranty period, the company will issue a new battery as per the prorata card wherein the customer needs to pay some amount and the faulty battery in exchange for a new battery.

Hope the above example suffice the understanding of the guarantee and the warranty part of a battery.
